You may deposit the annual membership subscription fees at your nearest United Bank of India branch. Please mention membership subscription deposition details in the form.

The annual membership subscription amount may be sent by DD/ATPAR Cheque/MO to our mailing address or the same can be deposited (by local cheque/ATPAR Cheque/DD/NEFT) in the following account -
